I have an idea for our fan army of Maroon 5 fans. As a tribute to the biggest superfan, Heather, we should be Heatherettes! It isolates no singular fan as it gets divided alot on here as fresh blood discovers Maroon 5. Heather is an embodiment of what a true fan should be, supportive of the band as a whole. Okay that’s my mini speech. I just don’t like having fan names similar to other fan things.

“An Artist’s Life Lesson” I learned from Adam Levine & Maroon 5

This week, I saw Maroon 5 play for the very first time at the Hollywood Bowl, in front of a sold out stadium. Adam must have said 5 times during the show, this was his ‘dream come true’. At the end, he acknowledged one very special girl in the audience, someone who didn’t know that he knew she was there. Her name was Heather. Heather was the ONLY PERSON who showed up to their first gig in Los Angeles, several years ago. This night, she was pulled up onto the stage, where she received a very special moment to cherish for the rest of her life.

This reminded me of so many of the artists that I hear speak about how hard it is to get people to shows, or how disheartening it is to play in front of only a few people…until eventually, they find themselves not wanting to play out at all.

Just remember, it only takes one. One Believer to set a spark….Artists acknowledge your believers, and value them…and Don’t give up before the miracle occurs!!!

Before you know it, YOU will be standing at the Hollywood Bowl..wondering how the heck did I get here????

And in that moment, you will remember the struggle and innocence of your beginnings, and know deep in your soul, exactly who helped put you there.

Don’t ever underestimate the power of one fan.

Tonight I saw Gavin Degraw, Train, and Maroon 5. I’ll forgive Adam Levine for wearing track pants because he was just so adorable on stage. I almost teared up when he brought up that fan who’s been at like all of Maroon 5’s concerts for the past 8 years and made us sing she will be loved to her. If I didn’t think I’d have gone to jail I swear I would have ran on stage to try to lick the sweat off him….

gavin degraw & train opened up and it was so painful to watch… only hey soul sister & drops of jupiter were bearable in the three hours we had to wait until maroon 5 actually came on. the set list made the anticipation well worth it though.

they played all the songs i wanted to hear, they opened with moves with jagger, played misery, wake up call, this love, never gonna leave this bed, if i never see your face again, stutter, makes me wonder, and a bunch of others, and closed with she will be loved.

dude adam levine is so fucking sexy!! if you watch their performances on tv, you barely get to see adam actually play the guitar, but tonight, he had so many solos and hes really good too, it was effing orgasmic. hes a bamf performer and even hotter in person. oh shitt o__O he forced us to “not to be assholes and stand the fuck up and sing to the fucking song” with him and of course i complied. it was love <3

the black guy that won the voice was there and sang with adam. and adam performed a duet with special guest star stevie nicks. and at the end of she will be loved, he explained that they played a concert eight years ago and only one person was there and ever since that same girl has been to all the concerts she can and he brought her up on stage and sang she will be loved to her! it was the sweetest thing ever. he said the band always makes sure their very first fan always gets the best seat in the first row at every concert and they all know her :o i was so jealous. and he kept thanking us, since the band is from LA and they dreamed of playing at the bowl since they started and it was a dream come true that they were performing at their sold out dream venue. it was so cute (‘:
